1. Incident Summary (2001-03-02):

Under certain conditions when operating with Microsoft Word 2000, the program will fail to save a new or updated document to the ODMA DMS which holds it.  

The only symptom is failure of Word to present a message asking whether the document should be saved or not.  Other than that, the failure occurs silently.
